About
Judie Rekelhof-Feenstra is an actress living in Ede, the Netherlands.
She moved to the US when she was 17 where she lived for 6 years in California. Among other things she was part of the Redding Civic Repertory theater company in Redding, CA.
In 2018 she graduated from the acclaimed theater school: The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles.
Judie has played diverse roles on stage, film and television, including The Back Pages for Amazon Prime, and recently she won the award for ‘Best actor in a leading role’ for the short film With time at the 48 hour filmfestival in Arnhem.
She was nominated several times before for the short film Moeder Aarde, and Plons which recently played at the int. Filmapalooza festival in LA.
Apart from acting, Judie has written, produced and directed short films The Clue (best film – Firereel film fest – Redding, Award of Merit – the indiefest film awards, Award of recognition – Hollywood int moving pict – LA) and Rag doll (best film 2020 ARFF Festival, Amsterdam)
